Randy began his career as a sales Manager for Pepsi Cola Co.  In 1996, Randy and his wife Lisa, purchased Holland Supply from his father-in-law, Bill Holland. Randy received his B.A., and M.B.A. from Grand Valley State University. He has served various State Cemetery Association boards, as well as serving the International Memorialization Supply Association as a board member for many years. Randy resides in Holland, MI, with his wife Lisa.

Pete Graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Supply Chain Management. After college, Pete worked for a national logistics company for 10 years gaining experience in transportation, warehouse operations and production before joining Holland Supply in 2000. Pete manages the operations group at Holland Supply which has an average of 25 years’ experience per employee in the production/sewing operations field. Pete lives in Holland, MI with his wife Pam and 2 boys.

RJ grew up in the death care business, working at Holland Supply. After attending Michigan State University he decided to join them full time. Now serving as VP of Sales & Marketing, RJ is responsible for all customer focused activities. When not at Holland Supply, he spends his time with his wife and two sons.
