Consists of a heavy-duty, high carbon steel anvil and pad with ball bearing, engine-divided stop to move exact spacing of numerals. Complete unit consists of a numbering kit (packed in a toolbox), a set of heavy-duty high-quality numeral dies, and a 3 lb. hammer.
